Bill has been active listing and selling residential, mufti-family, and small commercial Portland area real estate for 20 years and during that time has built a reputation of "can-do" with his many friends and clients. 

Bill had work experience in retail management and remodeling/construction project management which led to a natural progression into his real estate business.  During his many years in real estate, Bill has been active in the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors, serving as president in 2000 and currently serving on PMAR'S Homeownership Opportunities Committee  http://www.hownw.com/ .  Bill also is serving as 2011 Chairman of OREF Board of Managers, Oregon Real Estate Forms Corporation, and serves on the Rules Committee of the Regional Multiple Listing Service - RMLS.

In his free time Bill is a member of the Royal Rosarians, a service organization proclaimed by the Mayor of Portland, the "Official Greeters" of the City of Portland and very involved in Portland Rose Festival.  He is a  member of the Portland Gay Men's Chorus and Chairman of the Outreach Team.
